HOW WE WORK

Our approach is relational; we go where our clients are. We build self awareness to connect intention and impact. We challenge assumptions and limiting beliefs to increase range and choice while having fun with the experience.

Our coaching engagements are tailored to the individual and typically have 3 phases:

1. Build strong rapport and gain deeper understanding of the leader including their thoughts, behaviors, current context and challenges they are facing. Set development direction, areas of focus.

Results – Increased awareness of desired behavior and impact; commitment to change

2. Enable noticing of self and others, create space to practice and reflect on new ways of being and acting all with a focus on the development direction.

Results – Increased self understanding; more range and choice

3. Measure and evaluate on-going progress during sessions, notice self in interaction with others; get feedback from others. Develop plans for sustaining and tracking.

Results – Professional and personal growth; increased impact and happiness
