Our process as a journey of team and individual development with 4 essential ingredients:

♦ Understanding the dynamics and challenges – learn about the business strategy, organization’s goals and leadership development areas using data provided by business, interview based 360s and self reports. Interpret findings and explore opportunities with clients you.

Result – Increased understanding of group obstacles, growth areas, individual impact; increased commitment to change.

♦ Contracting and setting goals – Identify opportunities to align organizational goals to the team and leaders, uncover team and individual development opportunities, create and clarify organizational expectations and support, design interventions and co-create development plans.

Results – Alignment and more understanding of desired behavior and impact.

♦ Practicing and Developing – Create interactions that increase trust, build capacity for more vulnerability and transparent communication to improve relationships self – awareness. Test and practice new skills and work through obstacles.

Results – Improved relationships and collaboration.

♦ Measuring and Building – Develop plans to sustain and track progress. Create rituals to reinforce practices, behavior changes and mindset shifts. Use check-in team sessions for noticing, practicing, reflecting and re-committing.
